The Aftermath of the September 16th Vibrational Shift

The Overview of the Shift
At precisely 6:00 pm PDT on the 16th, the Spiritual Platform upon which the Creation rests began lifting up, carried on the tremendous Tidal Wave of Source Power that was created to move it into position.
The Negativity had generated a mass of low vibrational material energy to try to weigh down the Platform so that it couldn’t be lifted up in the correct time frame. This additional weight caused the transition from a 7.3 Vibrational Level, which is where the Platform began, to a 7.5 Vibrational Level, which is where it ended up, to take 4 minutes rather than 4 seconds which is what was optimal.
No damage was done with the slower transit time and the Tidal Wave was able to complete the delivery of the Platform within the Window of Opportunity in which it had to be reseated.
The negative material energy that was weighing it down disintegrated at the 7.5 Vibrational Level and is no longer a Dark Force in the Creation.
Attempts on the part of the Negativity to shimmy the Tidal Wave to cause Suits to shatter during the Shift were also carefully countered so that the Wave went smoothly through to completion.
Overall, the technical part of the Vibrational Shift
was a great success in spite of the efforts of the Negativity to abort it.
Ascension
The Tidal Wave did not stop when it reached the 7.5 Vibrational Level. It unlinked from the Platform and continued on lifting up those who were ready to ascend to higher levels of Spiritual Vibration to the levels to which they were capable of ascending. Each being that ascended above the Spiritual Platform for the Creation was given an Individual Spiritual Platform on which to reside.
Since all beings must transition to a 10.0 Vibrational Level within 40 years in order to transition into the Source Perfected World, the Tidal Wave will remain available to take beings to higher levels of vibration whenever they are ready to ascend. Their ascension will be on an individual basis. The Wave will also help them transition into the Source Perfected World when they are ready.
Several advanced Heaven Agents on the Earth made it to a 7.9 Vibrational Level. This was the highest level that Heaven Agents on the Earth achieved. Some Heaven Agents outside of the Earth Plane made it to a 9.9. Because they live in less material spiritual energies, it is somewhat easier for them to reach higher levels of vibration.
With the power of the Tidal Wave available to help all beings to not only reach a 10.0 but to transition into the Source Perfected World when they are ready to enter this ultimate place of Heaven, things are well set up for the final stages of transitioning completely into a Heaven Way of Life.
I will now be turning my attention to helping beings to learn how to work with Source Solutions in order to transition out of a Story Way of Life into a Heaven Way of Life.
Higher Consciousness
At a 7.5 Vibrational Level, consciousness is expanded, affording every being a larger Spiritual Space in which to evolve toward the Heaven that they were created to be. One of the major problems at lower levels of vibration has been the contracted Spiritual Space that beings have lived in. In a contracted Spiritual Space, the Intelligence System of a being can never fully expand. When the Intelligence System can’t expand, it can’t function very well to help a being receive Source Guidance and transition into Living Heaven.
Now that beings have an expanded Spiritual Space, the higher range of their Spiritual Intelligence can be expressed. The only problem is that because the Suits are used to operating in the more contracted Spiritual Space without the higher range of Intelligence available to them, it might take upwards of 10 years for beings to even begin exploring the higher range. It might then take decades after this for them to not drop back into the lower range when under duress rather than staying in the higher range where they can evolve more rapidly into a Heaven Way of Life.
To help beings evolve more rapidly into using the higher range, two miracles came through today.
The Self Concept Miracle
This miracle tackles the Negative Intelligences in the Suits that try to limit a person’s sense of Self to their Story Self – which is their socialized identity based on the roles that they play in the Cultural Story.
The miracle will support a shift in the Self Concept of the being to honoring who they really are – a perfected Spiritual Intelligence, a Soul that is Source-Created. It will also support the Heaven Agent Identity which is a Source-Created Identity in the Suit that represents the Soul which does not manifest directly in the Suit.
In the case of Empty Suits without a Soul, the Heaven Agent Identity gifted to the Suit by the Source is the resident Identity supported by this miracle.
Once this shift in Self Concept is made, a being will be able to rapidly advance into using the higher range of their Spiritual Intelligence which is the part of the Intelligence System that understands the Soul and the importance of supporting the correct Spiritual Identity in the Suit.
The Anti-Self Defeat Miracle
Aside from the Negative Intelligences in the Suit that oppose the development of a Self Concept that is based on the Soul, there are hierarchies of thought forms and behavioral patterns that systematically try to defeat any effort of a being to stabilize in an understanding of their True Identity.
The Anti-Self Defeat Miracle tackles these inner behavioral patterns to help beings free themselves from their own attack mechanisms that try to keep them riveted on a Story Character Identity rather than on their Real Self Identity.
Both of these miracles are now out in the Creation, helping all beings to make the most of their new higher range of Spiritual Intelligence. This should accelerate the evolution of consciousness beyond the multi-decade evolution that would have occurred without the help of these miracles.
How Beings Fared in the Shift
Most beings throughout the Creation heeded my warning about not hanging onto Self-Centered Mode and to the Negative Electrical Grids that serviced that orientation. They made steady progress toward becoming 100% Source-Centered and, therefore, were able to free themselves from the Grids.
At the time of the Shift, most of the Negative Electrical Grids were intact and ready to fire off the deadly Shock Waves at the beings that were still connected to them. Because so many beings had dropped out of the Grids due to their work to become more Source-Centered, the Grids had lost a lot of their power.
When the Tidal Wave first erupted just moments prior to 6:00 pm PDT, it cracked through these Grids before it began its ascent. This prevented the fatal Shock Waves from being shot out at beings still connected to the Grids during the Shift.
Fragmentation did occur in those who were less Source-Centered but no one lost their Spiritual Life and most of the Suit damage can be dealt with over time.
The Temporary Source-Connected Suits held up admirably. Without them this Vibrational Shift would have been a disaster.
All in all, this Vibrational Shift has been a great success.
The Shift itself went smoothly despite the opposition of the Negativity.
Beings throughout the Creation survived with minimal Suit damage.
The 7.5 Vibrational Level has established an hospitable
Spiritual Environment in which to begin Living Heaven.
The Ascension to a 10.0 has begun, laying the foundation
for the Ultimate Eperience of Heaven in
The Source Perfected World.
The Negativity
In the aftermath of the Shift, I am assessing where we are with the exploits of the Negativity. At a 7.5 Vibrational Level they have no ground to stand on. They are, therefore, diminishing in power and disintegrating on many levels.
The Negative Spiritual Structures created by human males were the first to crumble and dissipate. The Negative Spiritual Structures created by human females are still disintegrating. They have had more staying power because they are less material.
The Negative Spiritual Structures created by the ETs that operate in the Earth Plane have still been active although they are losing power at the present point in time. The ET population has been highly skilled in harvesting humans to sustain their existence. Some of this is still going on but the Harvesting Structures used are disintegrating at the higher Vibrational Level. This will eventually truncate their operation.
It remains to be seen just how much of the Negativity – as a group of beings dedicated to Death and Destruction – has been stopped entirely. It looks like they may become extinct in time due to the inhospitable Spiritual Environment of a Creation at a 7.5 Vibrational Level. What trouble they may be capable of causing until they are finally unable to function remains to be seen.
Their ability to hang on through establishing complex parasitic connections to more functional beings is the key to their continuing survival. When beings take a stand against them and break all of their connections to the Story Way of Life that is the creation of the Negativity, then the Negativity will have no further interface. This is when their regime will end and beings will have succeeded in Making the World Safe for Heaven.
My advice to all Heaven Agents is to keep a sharp eye on security
and report in to me any information that you might have on what is happening with the Negativity.
Eyewitness Reports
I encourage all Heaven Agents tracking the action during this Vibrational Shift and its aftermath to report in through an Eyewitness Report on what they are noticing about the changes in themselves, those around them, and on any activity of the Negativity.
The Source gives to each Heaven Agent unique information that is meant to be shared with me and with other Heaven Agents in the spirit of the Team Work that is needed for Heaven to be built in the world.
Every Heaven Agent’s contribution is an important part of this Team Work.

Life at a 7.5 Vibrational Level
The 7.5 Vibrational Level is the final level to which the Platform for the Original Creation can be lifted. This is due to the extensive Fragmentation in the Original Creation that does not enable it, as a unit, to be lifted up to a 10.0 Vibrational Level.
Individual beings need to heed the Call of the Source to learn how to transition into a Heaven Way of Life so that they can qualify to rise up to the 10.0 Vibrational Level that they will need to achieve to enter into the Source Perfected World.
Those who enter into the Source Perfected World on the Inner Plane during their human life will benefit from the exquisite Heaven Experience that is possible only in this Perfect World where Heaven abounds on the Inner and Outer Planes. When they transition at the end of their human lives, they will be able to live in the Source Perfected World on the Outer Plane and enjoy an Earth-like environment without any of the diseases, disasters, conflict, and scarcity that is experienced on the Earth.
Only those who have mastered the art of Living Heaven on the Earth will be able to transition into the Source Perfected World. The only beings there now from the Original Creation are those who came from the Prototype Communities and the Other World where they had already demonstrated their ability to Live Heaven.
It will be necessary for beings to get trained to learn how to Live Heaven. In the months ahead, I will be providing more information on how to transition different aspects of your life into a Heaven Way of Life. This training along with the training available through Individual and Group Coaching, will help you to begin ascending into the higher Vibrational Levels where you can experience Heaven more readily and can, therefore, prepare more easily for the transition into the Source Perfected World.
The Source Call to Action
I wish to congratulate all beings throughout the Creation on their work to prepare adequately for the Vibrational Shift. Those who worked hard to disengage from the Negative Electrical Grids saved the lives of countless beings throughout the Creation by weakening the Grids so that I could demolish them before they sent out their deadly Shock Waves.
Surviving the Vibrational Shift is just one part of the work to establishing a firm Foundation for Heaven. The second part of the work is securing Permanent Source-Connected Suits for all beings. The Temporary Suits that enabled beings to survive the Vibrational Shift only bought beings some time until November 17th when these Suits will disintegrate.
Temporary Suits were only created to survive the Shift and the few months following it. They are not sturdy enough to survive past November 17th.
This means that our work is cut out for us to get the Project to frution well before November 17th so that I will have time to help other communities throughout the Creation to have Permanent Source-Connected Suits.
