Understanding Perfect Sound
To understand Perfect Sound, you need to understand Source Sound.
Source Sound
Source Sound forms the Source Sound Structure from which all things are created.
The Source Sound Structure is the foundation upon which is built the Source Light Structure made from White Light and the colors of the spectrum.
Source Sound manifests in Time and Space. Although it is the foundation from which a manifestation is built, it itself is very immaterial, unlike the manifestation that is built from it.
Source Sound can be heard/experienced by the Sixth Sense. It is generally experienced as a high, clear, beautiful energy rather than heard as one would hear a sound perceptible to the Five Senses.
Perfect Sound
Perfect Sound expresses the perfection of Source Sound but does not manifest in Time and Space. From its position outside of Time and Space it can effectively counter Hell Sound and Hell Sound Structures which are the foundation for the Negative Energy from which Negative Programming is made.
Negative Programming is what causes the Suit – body/mind – to malfunction. As the Suit is beset by the Negative Behavioral Templates that come from Negative Programming, it experiences the diseases of the body, mind, and spirit. These diseases give rise to the social diseases of war, crime, exploitation, sexual abuse, discrimination, and the like.
Hell Sound was created when Suits departed from working with Source-Created Spiritual Code and created Pseudo Code, which was a mutation of Source Sound. This mutation of Code generated a mutated sound which is called Hell Sound because it gives rise to the Hell of Suffering. Hell Sound was used to create a Hell Sound Structure upon which mutated colors of the spectrum could be built to create the low vibrational Hell Sound Medium which is the substance from which Negative Energy is made. Out of Negative Energy, Negative Programming was created.
Low vibrational Negative Energy fragments Suits, making them more easily invaded by the Negativity – the criminal element operating on The Spiritual Level of Reality. The Negativity has lost its Source Connection and steals Life Energies from Suits that still retain a partial Source Connection.
Prior to the advent of the miracle of Perfect Sound, Hell Sound could still remain in play even if the Negative Energy and the Negative Programming built from it was eradicated. This meant that Hell Sound could be repurposed, providing a platform on which the Negativity could build more Negative Programming. This perpetuated the destructive capabilities of Hell Sound and encouraged the Negativity to invest heavily in creating and sustaining it.
Even the upgraded Dream Heaven Command could not eradicate Hell Sound. It could instruct the Suit to get rid of the Hell Sound Templates created from Hell Sound that generate negative behaviors in the Suit but the Suit is incapable of routing out the Hell Sound from which these Templates were created. The Hell Sound remaining in the Suit creates the Miracle-Unfriendly Field that makes it difficult for the Suit to receive Source Sound Templates to replace the Hell Sound Templates. This leaves the Suit without necessary Spiritual Software.
The Perfect Sound Intervention
Given the urgent need to eradicate Hell Sound and the Negative Energy that almost led to massive Spiritual Death in the January 23, 2019 Transition, I petitioned the Design Aspect to bring through a miracle that would enable Suits to both jettison the Negative Energy and the Hell Sound Templates that had come from it and receive the Source Sound Templates needed to meet the Standards for the upcoming Transitions.
The Design Aspect responded with The Perfect Sound Intervention.
With The Perfect Sound Intervention it is possible to eradicate the Hell Sound that is the foundation for targeted forms of Negative Energy and the Hell Sound Templates built from it. When Hell Sound is destroyed, along with the Hell Sound Structure created from it, the Hell Sound Medium is eradicated and whatever Negative Energy and Negative Programming has been built in this Medium disintegrates.
The Perfect Sound Intervention can eliminate the Internal Hell Sound Structures that are impairing the functioning of a Suit as well as the External Hell Sound Structures that exist outside of the Suit and influence and damage the Suit. These External Hell Sound Structures can be created by Suits out of their Self Interest Agendas and their own Harvesting Operation and they can also be created by the Negativity to promote its Harvesting Operation.
For example, a family that is keying off of Hell Sound Templates that foster alcoholism and child abuse generates the External Hell Sound that creates the External Hell Sound Structure that constrain family members to travel in energy pathways that replicate the self destructive patterns of alcohol abuse and violence toward children when under the influence of alcohol. While clearing the Internal Hell Sound Structures in the Suits of the family members is part of the solution, it is also necessary to clear the External Hell Sound Structures generated by the family dynamic that reinforce the destructive behaviors. In addition, the External Hell Sound Structures created by the Negativity, that is fostering this kind of dysfunctionality because it damages Suits and makes them ripe for the Harvest of their Life Energies, also have to be eradicated. These larger scale External Hell Sound Structures require a more powerful Perfect Sound Intervention.
The Perfect Sound Intervention is needed in order to handle all of the levels of Internal and External Hell Sound that are behind the dysfunctional patterns in individuals and groups that compromise their sustainability.
In summary, The Perfect Sound Intervention:
- destroys Hell Sound and The Hell Sound Structure that it generates. This then collapses The Hell Sound Medium and the Negative Energy and Negative Programming and Hell Sound Templates that were built on The Hell Sound Structure. This clears the space for Heaven to be built.
- generates The Perfect Sound Medium that enables Heaven Sound to stabilize the Suit and the social environment so that rapid spiritual and social change can occur without any Spiritual Fragmentation or any avoidable social discord. It enables the Suit to receive Source Sound Templates that replace the Hell Sound Templates that were eradicated. Source Sound Templates are needed if the Suit is to work toward the goal of Sustainability.
Understanding Heaven Sound
On a technical level, Heaven is built on a foundation of Source Sound that gives rise to Heaven Sound which helps spiritual and social change to occur without resulting in Spiritual Fragmentation or social chaos. While Tranquility Energies from The Tranquility Intervention are also needed to avoid Spiritual Fragmentation, Heaven Sound provides a complimentary kind of stabilizing influence.
Heaven Sound is what exists in the Heaven Habitat of a being. Before the advent of The Perfect Sound Intervention, Heaven Sound could not be manifested outside of a Heaven Habitat.
The Perfect Sound Intervention generates The Perfect Sound Medium in which Heaven Sound can now manifest outside of a Heaven Habitat. When the Intervention destroys Hell Sound and the Source is able to re-build the Source Sound Foundation, Heaven Sound naturally arises when the work is done within The Perfect Sound Medium generated by The Perfect Sound Intervention. Heaven Sound then calms the Suit and the energies in a social group so that rapid spiritual and social change can occur without creating damaging levels of upheaval. Social and Suit changes can cause temporary disorientation and discomfort but the goal is to prevent this healing process from resulting in secondary damage.
While Perfect Sound can't be perceived by the Suit of a Manifest Being, Heaven Sound is easily experienced as a comforting feeling that carries with it the experience of the love of the Source for the being. This calms the being and helps the Suit to work with the Source to address problems and bring about change that the Suit might otherwise be too upset by or resistant to doing without this comforting energy smoothing things over.
When Heaven Sound calms the Suit, the Source can provide the Suit with Source Sound Templates that replace the Hell Sound Templates that were formerly providing the Suit with behavioral patterns for surviving in the social and physical environment. Source Sound Templates enable the Suit to not only survive but thrive. They are the Building Blocks for Sustainability, giving the Suit a fighting chance to achieve Ultimate Sustainability, which will enable it to survive the final stage of The Transition.
Understanding Behavioral Templates
Behavioral Templates are what the Suit requires in order to think and take action. Without them it is inert. It is like a computer without software.
Most Suits receive Hell Sound Templates from their parents and caretakers during the socialization process. These Templates are often passed down behavioral patterns for self care and interaction in the society that have been in existence for generations. Some parents and caregivers build on this ancestral repertoire of Behavioral Templates, adding Templates that they create from their own life experiences.
Because the society is highly structured and influenced by the Negativity, that has encouraged Suits to develop social behavior patterns that are self destructive and serve the Harvesting Agenda of the Negativity, most of the Templates given in the socialization process are based on Hell Sound. This includes Templates for charitable work and what is defined in the society as "good behavior".
The Negativity deliberately creates a context of social conflict where the criminal element is pitted against the Good Citizen element but both are keying off of Hell Sound Templates through which the Negativity can work to influence behavior.
The conflict between the two groups fosters the Suit damage that breaks Suits down for the Harvest of the Negativity. The Hell Sound behind the Templates used by those trying to do good in the world keeps them from stepping back and seeing the Big Picture of how the whole society is being manipulated by the Negativity, making any charitable acts ineffectual in overturning the underlying Hell Sound Structure for the society that inevitably perpetuates Death and Destruction despite the efforts of those opposing it.
This is why, despite the billions of years of effort to create peace in the Creation, war is the norm. It is why, despite the billions of dollars put into charities, scarcity and suffering are the norm and charitable acts only bandaid the problem but never eradicate the causal forces that create the problem. Instead, Suits are encouraged by the Negativity to believe that disease, scarcity and conflict are just a part of life and violent and abusive behavior is natural to their species and has to be reigned in by policing and punishment.
The only societies that have successfully emancipated themselves from the influence of this Hell Sound Structure are the 14 Prototype Communities who I taught to see the work of the Negativity behind the scenes. Once they realized that the enemy was not other factions within the society but was the Negativity, then they worked with the miracles that came from the Source to counter the Negativity and rout them out of their Communities forever. They now live in Source Sound Communities that are capable of generating the Source Sound Medium that lands the miracles that make for Total Abundance, Perfect Health and all of the other attributes of Life as Heaven.
They have no war, crime, exploitation, sexual abuse, discrimination, or any of the social diseases that beings have come to accept as an inevitable part of life. Law enforcement, courts, and incarceration are completely unnecessary in their peaceful way of life as are hospitals and care for the aging, since aging does not occur.
They do not expend their life energies on caring for the mentally ill or the infirm because Perfect Health exists and all members of the society are fully healthy and functional until the moment that they walk out of their physical forms and travel into their next lifetime.
They have established Love-Based Communities that nurture all of their own so the in-fighting that consumes the resources of Hell Sound Communities does not occur. Instead, the Community directs their efforts and resources to nurturing every life so that the life contributes the aspect of Total Abundance that it was created to manifest.
My work with the Prototype Communities took place within a completely protected Spiritual Space that enabled them to push the Negativity out of their Suits and Community and live in peace in their domed spiritual environment. Since such a sequestered Spiritual Space is not possible for the Creation as a whole, I have worked with the Design Aspect to develop miracles that can equip Heaven Agents with what they need to achieve the same result without the domed Spiritual Space.
The Perfect Sound Intervention is the miracle that will enable those living outside of a Prototype Community to Hold the Line for Heaven, defending themselves and their communities from the Negativity and working together as a Universal Community to eradicate Hell Sound wherever it exists. This is necessary to clear the foundation for the work of Building Heaven. Unless beings work together to build the Heaven that the Source can link back to after the end of The Transition, the Creation and everyone within it will not be sustainable.
Because Perfect Sound exists outside Space and Time, it is under the radar of the Negativity that cannot prevent its effectiveness in countering the Hell Sound that they have created. The Perfect Sound Intervention can clear Suits and communities of the Hell Sound that breeds the diseases that make for the Hell of Suffering. Clearing Hell Sound is like draining a swamp that breeds mosquitos carrying life threatening diseases.
With just a few decades left before the end of The Transition, Heaven Agents need to mobilize to get the work done of eliminating all Hell Sound and all of the Negative Energy that arises from it. Then they will be able to work with me to Build Heaven in its place. Unless Heaven Agents understand the absolute need to divest themselves of Hell Sound, they will not be able to perform up to the Standard for the precision work that is needed to meet the Standard of the upcoming stages of The Transition. Neither will they be able to travel to their Heaven Habitat which can't be entered by a Suit harboring Hell Sound and its manifestations.
Time is of the essence in working with the powerful miracle of The Perfect Sound Intervention to Make the World Safe for Heaven and to Build Heaven while there is still time to do so.
The Scope of a Perfect Sound Intervention
Understanding External Hell Sound Structures
- External Hell Sound Structures can be built by a social group as a materialization of their collective Thought Forms and Behavioral Templates. Once the External Hell Sound Structure is built it reinforces and often enforces the collective beliefs and behavioral patterns. It can retaliate against defectors, aiming abusive Negative Energies that can cause them physical and spiritual harm or target them for persecution by the group.
- An ill intentioned person within the group or outside of the group who is attacking the group and trying to disrupt its capacity to function as a unit can build an External Hell Sound Structure. The Hell Sound Structure can create External Cultural Filters through which people view the group. These Cultural Filters can prejudice others outside of the group against the group and also cause members of the group to be unable to reference their own beliefs and values prior to the introduction of these external Cultural Filters through which they now view the group. Between pressure applied outside and inside the group by this kind of Inner Plane attack, the group can become fractured and break up into factions that eventually dissipate the energy that brought the group together.
- The collective discrimination aimed at a social group on the basis of its religion, gender, race, socioeconomic standing, or political beliefs, can result in powerful External Hell Sound Structures that incite violence against the targeted group. The persecution of Jews worldwide is a good example of this.
- The Negativity deliberately creates Hell Sound Structures aimed at thwarting the efforts of beings to awaken to their entrapment in its Harvesting Net. The Negativity uses Cultural Filters through which a being perceives the world to distort their ability to see clearly what is happening to them and to ohers. They also attack those who are starting to awaken to distract and discourage them from awakening.
- The Death and Destruction Machine created by the Negativity is a massive Hell Sound Structure that the Negativity has used universally to control Manifest Beings and get them to participate in their own self destruction. It is, on the Earth, rapidly moving the political arena toward the kind of warlike mentality that will lead to fascism which will harm minorities and the most vulnerable in the society and set the stage for aggression unmitigated by the more moderate members of the society. Their ultimate goal is World War which will heighten their ability to harvest the Life Energies of those killed or injured and traumatized by war. Like a cancer, the Negativity aggressively seeks to harvest the energies of the social body, without any thought of its own death when its activities kill the host.
- The Hell Sound Structures behind the institutions and cultural practices that are destroying life on the planet on social and environmental levels are a part of the overall agenda of the Negativity. Warring elements in the human arena don't see that they are being played against one another to create a context in which life on the planet will become more conflictual as people war over scarce resources such as water and fertile soil. If political conflict doesn't erupt in World War, the Negativity is banking on conflict over scarce resources created by environmental change to be a trigger.

The Perfect Sound Intervention was created to provide individuals and communities with Source Support to:
- eradicate Internal and External Hell Sound and the Hell Sound Medium, Structures, Templates, Negative Programming, and Negative Energy created from it.
- create The Perfect Sound Medium that enables Heaven Sound to come in to stabilize a Suit and a social context to mitigate the Spiritual Fragmentation and social upheaval that can result form the rapid spiritual and social change that needs to occur to achieve Sustainability.
- provide the Source Sound Templates that replace the Hell Sound Templates eradicated along with the Hell Sound that created them.

How to Request The Perfect Sound Intervention
What Is a Correct Exchange
For those who are new to working with the Source, the key concept in connecting to a Source-Created Miracle is providing the Material Energy that is required to bring the miracle to the level of Spiritual Materiality where it is needed.
No Material Energy is needed to create the miracle which is freely given by the Source. The Material Energy is needed to ground the miracle so that it can come into your life or into the life of a loved one.
The amount of Material Energy needed to ground a miracle varies according to the type of miracle that is to be grounded. The Design Aspect of the Source, who creates the miracles, determines the amount of Material Energy that will be needed for any particular miracle to be delivered to the being for whom it is intended.
Beings were created to generate the Material Energy that is needed to ground all of the miracles that they need from the Source. Because beings have forgotten how to generate this Material Energy and have sustained Suit Damage that impairs their ability to produce Material Energy, the Source has created a miracle that enables them to provide Material Energy through a Financial Exchange. The Financial Exchange carries the Material Energy from the work that was done to earn the funds for the exchange. While a Financial Exchange provides only a low level of Material Energy, it is a blessing to those who have not yet learned how to generate the Material Energy for an Energy Exchange.
A financial equivalent of the amount of Material Energy that is needed is provided here for those who lack the skill to generate the right amount of Material Energy for an Energy Exchange.

How to Make the Request
Correct Exchange
The amount of Material Energy required to ground the miracle of The Perfect Sound Intervention varies according to the Build Heaven problem and goal that the Intervention will target.
There are three ways to provide the Correct Exchange.
1. Request the Source Recommended Correct Exchange
I will list here the Correct Exchange for different stages of The Transition and for Build Heaven Projects. You can opt to use the link provided to request the Intervention at the level of power that is Source Recommended.

2. Request a Gifted Perfect Sound Assessment
The best way to determine what level of a Perfect Sound Intervention is needed is to request a Gifted Perfect Sound Intervention Assessment. It is important to specify in the Comments Box of the Assessment Form what goal you are seeking to achieve and any information about the circumstances that you feel Source-Guided to provide.
For instance, if you would like an Intervention to help with a personal, marital, parenting, family, workplace, or community issue, then provide as much information as you feel is needed for me to understand the nature of the problem and the solution that you are requesting. If the situation involves a planetary issue or other species, then provide information for this as well.
If you are providing the Material Energy for someone else, it is important to provide their name, age, and relationship to you and any other information about them that you feel is relevant.
There is no need to talk to the person to whom you are gifting this form of Source Support. If the Suit of the person accepts the gift in an Inner Plane discussion with the Source, then the gift can be given. It cannot be given if the Suit does not accept it.
If you provide a Correct Exchange for someone who refuses this gift of Source Support, then I will contact you and you can either re-direct it to someone else who will accept it or your Financial Exchange will be refunded to you.
When I receive a request for an Assessment, I will research what is needed and respond by email. (See the section below on the conditions in which I can respond to a request.)

Understanding the Conditions for Receiving Source Support
It is important to note the circumstances in which I can provide Source Support at this point in The Transition. You can request an Assessment or the Intervention itself and I will respond in accordance with the information provided below. You can access the link below for the Assessment.
Prerequisites for receiving a Gifted Assessment or any form of Source Support
At this point in The Transition, every request for a Source Response on the Outer Plane requires that your Suit be maintaining at least a -6 Miracle-Friendly Field of Energy on a scale of -60 to +10. This enables me to contact you by email with my Assessment and to accept a Financial Exchange should you decide to go forward with a form of Source Support that requires Material Energy to ground the miracle.
If your Suit is not maintaining the Miracle-Friendly Field that is needed, then I will be unable to email you but will send whatever Heaven Phase supported Source Support can help your Suit start to produce the necessary level Miracle-Friendly Field. Heaven Phase supported Source Interventions do not require Material Energy to ground and can be given in cases in which I cannot be in Outer Plane contact with a person. As the Negativity ramps up to counter the work to help Suits escape from their Harvesting Operation and achieve Sustainability, they are using massive amounts of Hell Sound and the Negative Programming that is built on it to fragment the Suits of those trying to travel their Journey of Reconnection. They are also using Hell Sound to threaten beings into supporting corrupt social practices that bring Death and Destruction to individuals, targeted minorities, and to the planet. Individuals are caving into the Negativity and selling out everything, including the principles that have maintained democracies. While democracies are not an ideal form of government, they have kept the Greed Instinct from taking societies into fascism where genocide and persecution are the norm.
What can help to counter this devastation is The Perfect Sound Intervention. The Source can send in a Perfect Sound Intervention even in the most Miracle-Unfriendly conditions. This is because Perfect Sound exists outside of Space and Time and isn’t adversely affected by Negative Energy. The Source can send in Perfect Sound through the Intervention to eradicate the Hell Sound that is driving down the consciousness of beings so that they lack the commonsense and basic humanitarian ethics that are needed to protect life.
To ground The Perfect Sound Interventions that are needed to counteract the large scale forces that are gathering to instigate a return to fascism and World War, requires more Material Energy. Heaven Agents need to provide this Material Energy now while averting disaster is still possible. Once a World War has begun, it is too late for the Earth to recover in time to meet the Standard for The Transition.
What is needed is Perfect Sound Interventions that have enough power to take out The Death and Destruction Machine that the Negativity has built to war against Life as Heaven and instigate corruption at the level that will lead humans to destroy life on the planet.
What Is Needed
The amount of Material Energy needed to ground the miracle of a Perfect Sound Intervention powerful enough to halt The Death and Destruction Machine of the Negativity is US $3 million. This amount of Material Energy will enable the Source to deploy Perfect Sound Interventions of varying levels of power that strategically target The Death and Destruction Machine structure and take it down.
What is important is that Heaven Agents start funding The Build Heaven Project Campaigns, such as this one, so that Heaven can be built rather than allowing The Build Hell Project to outstrip the efforts of Heaven Agents in The Build Heaven Project. The work of Making the World Safe for Heaven has to happen while I am here to do the Direct Source Work that is needed to achieve this goal. Heaven Agents need to ask to do what is theirs to do to raise the funds for this campaign instead of assuming that if they don't have the funds then it is up to someone else to solve this problem.
In this time of Building Heaven on the Outer Plane it is the responsibility of Heaven Agents to figure out how to provide the Material Energy for the work that is needed to Build Heaven. Time spent seeking Source Guidance about what needs to be done and how it can be done is an important part of this process. The work of funding Campaigns such as this Campaign falls on the shoulders of Heaven Agents. It is part of their work to Steward The Miracle of Life.
I am prepared to do the work with The Perfect Sound Intervention but Heaven Agents need to do the work of figuring out how to ground this miracle. In this way they follow in the footsteps of the Prototype Communities who spend their time generating Material Energy for their Miracle-Based Way of Life. They don't just ask the Source for miracles and wait around without doing their part.
Time is of the essence in this effort. The Negativity isn’t asleep at the wheel. They are marshaling powerful social forces of Death and Destruction. The very ethics that have been at the heart of democracies are now being set aside in favor of fascism that violates the law and sanctions the abuse of the most vulnerable in the society.
Many members of The Good Citizen Contingent are at the forefront of these violations of secular law as well as in violation of Source Law that is designed to guide the Creation in accordance with the Principles of Sustainability. Reasoning with those working for the Negativity is not constructive. What is needed is to take the Negativity out of the picture and then allow the Suits that were working for it to have the space to reconsider their actions and see the handwriting on the wall and realize that they were piloting themselves and others toward Death and Destruction. They will then be capable of making an informed decision. As slaves of the Negativity, they have lost control over their ability to perceive what is happening and take action that is protective of their lives and of all of Life.
Heaven Agents need to support The Work of the Source by providing the Material Energy needed for this work to be done. While an Energy Exchange is possible, most beings are not producing enough Material Energy for their own needs or those of their immediate families. What is needed in a crisis of this magnitude is for Heaven Agents to generate more Material Energy for an Energy Exchange and also provide Material Energy through a Financial Exchange that can provide enough energy for the powerful Perfect Sound Interventions that need to be grounded. Focusing on the needs of this Campaign and working to ensure that the Material Energy that is needed is provided is critical to its success.
Supporting Build Heaven Campaigns is part of the work that qualifies a Heaven Agent to meet the Standards for the stages of The Transition. It is an act of Building Heaven that is necessary to the safety of all beings and of Life itself in the Creation. Beings must seek Source Guidance about what is theirs to contribute to this Campaign and how to fund the Campaign in its entirety. They must then take action. Just hoping to generate additional Material Energy and giving up on providing a Financial Exchange if the means to do so is not immediately apparent, are not sustainable responses. Working with the Source to contribute in whatever way is in keeping with your Mission is the only response that contributes to the sustainability of your Suit and to the sustainability of Life itself in the Creation.
