10 Days Until the High Risk
February 16th Transition

We have now entered into a fast paced sequence of Sublevel Shifts that will take us to the next Turning Point on August 15th when The Substratum will shift to Level 5.0. 

We are coming up on a Shift from Level 4.1.2 to Level 4.3 on February 16th.  This Shift has a Level 10 Danger Rating – the highest level of Danger for a Turning Point or Sublevel Shift. 

I have been working to bring through Heaven Phase Technologies that will help Suits to survive this Shift. Heaven Agents now need to educate themselves about what is needed to survive and make key decisions that will determine their safety. 

Heaven Agents working with me on the Outer Plane need to step forward to Prototype correct preparations to help the masses who are relying only on my Inner Plane Source Communications and need the Secondary Code generated by Prototyping Heaven Agents.

There are only 10 days left to prepare.  I have taken my work to the level that I can to help beings to survive. It is now time for Heaven Agents to come forward to assist in the preparations so that they and all others will survive this Shift.
